Word processing question on Font

How do you fill in the holes (with the same font color) of o's a's e's d's and the p's with Microsoft Word? Do you have to download a specific font or is there a way to change it?

I'm asking because I saw people printing out handouts that have words using the same font for each individual letters but somehow they have fancier variations of the same font.
