RivaTuner supports oveclocking for Det3.xx and higher.
> I reboot my computer the scores back to default again..
Oopps.. Scores or clock frequencies? Does RT show DEFAULT clock frequencies after rebooting Windows? Or u don't see performance boost?

Try to set CoolBits=3 and overclock your card using Detonator's built-in overclocking utility. Then reboot windows and look at RivaTuner's clock frequencies.
