would it be easier to overclock a 750E to 1000MHz? eg 7.5x133=997.5 or 7.5x134=1005

Hi folks I am running my 700E at 144 fsb and using gorb at 1.95V. Would you please explain your reference of 2.1V and 5% Vcore increase, I don't get it. BTW what is the heatsink and MB being used? Thanks.
