Thinking of grabbing one when I next get paid just a few questions before I do so. Will my CPU bottle neck with this card or is it worth me getting 9590 BE to go with the card? Also is it worth keeping my GTX 760 as a PhysX card? Only games I can think of coming up what would be worth keeping it for is the new borderlands, Batman when it comes out not sure if it will be any use for The Witcher 3.
NO, the 8350 will not bottleneck any single gpu card. as far as keeping the 760 for physX, its really up to you if it's worth it. personally i love having a physX card for metro 2033 and LL. though BL2 still has frame rate drops with a ton of physX going on.
You'll be alright with that cpu mate, you'll see a nice fps boost across the board. You might not be getting out of your gpus if you go SLI 970 down the road though.
Cheers guys looks like ill be eyeing a EVGA GTX 970 FTW seen them for preorder for £299, my only worry is if they bring out a 6GB or 8GB version.
I was thinking of upgrading but wanted to see the 980ti and what benchmarks it ranks in. My 780 still owns games even while streaming. Would like a more boss card for Witcher 3 though = /.
