RAM not working with older RAM nor MoBo

    Hello, i have a INTEL DH67CL MoBo, with a 4gb Hynix Korea 03 and another 2gb Hynix Korea 03 , and i bought a new 4gb FURY HYPER RAM, but when i tried to put it, my pc wouldnt show video, so i tried without the old RAM using only the new HYPER and still it wouldnt work. Is like it doesnt recognize the new RAM

    About the RAM
    They have this number on a sticker:
    Hynix Korea 03 4gb 2Rx8 PC3 - 12800E - 11 - 11 E3
    HMT351U7CFRR8C - PB TO AB 1207.

    Hynix Korea 03 2gb 2Rx8 PC3 - 10600U - 9 - 10 BO
    HMT125U6TFR8C - H9 N0 AA - C 1051.

    The HYPER sticker reads:
    4GB DDR3 - 1600 CL10 240-PIN UDIMM
    HX316C10F/4 1.5V 1526
    9905402 - 656.A01LF
    0000007018626 - P001527
    56L07-490PQC-5W57B

    The bios of my pc reads like MEMORY SPEED 1300 MHZ fyi.

    Uhm that hynix korea memory is laptop memory.

    Well they do fit and work on the Desktop, is when i mix them or when i only use the Hyper
