Anyone have any idea how to do this?

I've looked for videos but not found any for this type of machine

Basically I can't get the belt around the wheels unless I remove at least one side of them, but I can't even do that

Taken all the screws out, the wheel is partially free on the left side but the gap is not wide enough in the chassis to lift it out even bending the chassis to the narrowest part of the bearings pole isn't enough

There is this little clip but I'm thinking if I take it off, a load of grease and ball-bearings are going to fall out

The other side is no good either, even with all screws out all it wants to do is unwind the spring for the pull cable and there's even less of a way to get it out

Already bought the new belt assuming it wouldn't be too difficult.... any ideas?

That is a sealed ball bearing, will not fall apart. But you need this tool to remove the seeger clip.

Yes you will need to remove that sealing ring.
The grease is like jelly, it's not going to drain out.

So remove that clip and the bearing wheel with 3 screws should pull off the side allowing the wheel to be lifted out of the chassis

OK i`ll give that a shot later on and post back what happens, cheers

Isn't necessary oil sealed bearings, just keep clean the exterior. But if you feel that get stuck, you can put some bearing oil with a syringe

Yup remove the circlip and the hub/flange should come off, judging by the photos.

If not by pulling by hand try giving a few sharp hits with a hammer or try hitting a wooden wedge between the flange and the frame to force the flange outwards (btw don't hit the bearing ;))
If it's really tight fit or stuck you may need to use a puller tool but I seriously doubt that.

It looks like the wheels have a single shaft going through them though so you probably need to remove the hub on the other side as well. Hard to tell for sure without actually seeing the machine.

Still, try it out and report back should more issues present themselves :)
