gpu s/w in mhz

hi . why each s/w say gpu frequency in different way?

hwinnfo gpu memory 324.0 mhz
after burner gpu clock 648 mhz

 

One is showing DDR and the other is not?

no i mean they are both showing same thing but each puts it in different
way
