Have no idea for the AMD boards, but the H77 should work with them.
Funny cause I was going to get those exact sticks myself due to the 7-7-7-21 timings.
When I was going to get them they were $59, I see they have gone up $10 in price.
In the end I opted for the G.Skill Ares F3-1600C9D-8GAO 8GB at the time they were also $59 (now $65) but they have looser timing 9-9-9-24.
My logic was I was getting the IvyBridge cpu, which natively supports 1333/1600Mhz memory.
If I was buying a SandyBridge cpu, then I would have gone for the ones your choosing since the sandybridge natively supports 1066/1333Mhz.
But regardles of that most motherboards will allow you set the ratio for the link between the cpu and memory, which it's not really an issue to use higher then the native Mhz memory.
Another thing I looked at is the lower height of the heat spreader on the memory, just made it so if I used a large cpu air cooler (eg: Noctua NH-D14) then I would hopefully have more clearance for it to fit.
