What doesn't do anything, multi-process? Makes it feel more like Chrome. Or if you mean the about:config value I mentioned, that only works with the Nightly.

CF dont have Multiproccess nightly option, CF about:support show mulitprocess disabled/false

    the about:config value does nothing.

I don't know what the **** causes this but after few minutes of browsing scrolling becomes stuttery and it fails to hit the 75 FPS.

    After few minutes:

After I closed and then relaunched it everything is fine (although already it's back to stuttery mess):

This has been an issue for quite some time and happen in 32-bit and 64-bit latest official versions.

Have you been able to pin-point exactly what's causing the issue, like a certain website? It could be an extension/add-on.

Go to the menu, "?", and restart the browser with add-ons disabled. See if it still happens.

The only add-on I have is Adblock Plus (and it this happens on white listed pages too) and few spell checker dictionaries. I don't even have flash installed. I could try to use the "safe mode" but I have a feeling that it will not make any difference.

I try disabling adblock plus completely. I have a feeling that it might slow down the browser.

    EDIT:
Well... Adblock Plus wasn't the problem...

I cleaned my Firefox profile and started from scratch (copied only passwords from the old profile). Lets see if that helps...

    EDIT:
    It looks like it did.

I used the Nightly for awhile for multi-process. A few issues with it on some sites though.

It's good enough right now but of course that is with the sites I usually visit and extensions I use so I could be wrong in your case. I've only lost the use of one extension due to e10s but I'm sure it will be updated later on.

Firefox 43.0 Beta 5 is released both for 32bit & 64bit Windows. Also final stable Forefox for Android is updated to 42.0.1 this morning so we can expect final FF 42.0.1 for Windows in a matter of hours, maybe day or two, or three :)
