I've used ATI tray tool for my 4890. It was really fantastic, very easy to use and really customisable. I was able to make custom under/overclock profile with proper voltage control, monitor everything like Voltage, CPU, GPU and memory Mhz, CPU/GPU/Mem usage, fps. Moreover, It is possible to have all these OSD.

When I upgraded to a 560 TI, I first installed the EVGA precision. To my disappointment, there is no CPU monitoring at all! only GPU.

Then I tried installing rivatuner, I can't get anything to work? See screenshot:

Sorry to tell you that, but RT has been discontinued a long time ago. It's not compatible with newer hardware and drivers.

It's been replaced by MSI Afterburner, which supports some of RT features.
