Can anyone recommend any games they have played on Steam that they finished and loved? I can rarely finish games I purchase on Steam anymore. I tend to go back to playing a few old multiplayer games I enjoy and can find anything new or innovative that can better the experience.
This, any information would be useful rather than just going "recommend me any game". It'll just end up a long list of different games.
My personal favs on steam MKKE The Evil within SS3 L4D2 TF2 AVP2010 mp TR2013 Sniper Elite NZA1 & NZA2 MaxPayne3 AlanWake HardReset Next Car game X rebirth
Bioshock Infinite (and both DLCs). Tomb Raider. Wolfwenstein: The new order. Shadow Warrior. Dishonored (and all DLCs). Thief. Both Redux Metros.
Portal 2? If you like fps games, a story with humor and innovative gameplay then this is a great game to play. There's no fun like the portal gun ;D Once you're done you can even play official co-op levels or community levels with your friends, supports split screen as well. It's on sale right this moment for only a few bucks.
Skyrim Bioshock Infinite + DLC Torchlight 1 and 2 Just Cause 1 and 2 Metro 2033 and Last Light Left for Dead 1 and 2 Portal 1 and 2 The Witcher 1 and 2
Batman: Arkham Asylum and Arkham City. Tomb Raider. These are great, especially Batman: AA, but You should say what genres you're interested in.
There's no such thing as *must own*. I'll instead pick some of what I've finished and loved: Hotline Miami, Wolfenstein TNO, South Park SoT, Bioshock 1, Tomb Raider 2013, Assassin's Creed 2, Sleeping Dogs, Batman Arkham series, Borderlands 2, Saints Row 3 or 4, Hard Reset, Portal 2 ...
Without knowing what you've played, what kind of games you prefer... this is an overly vague question that's almost impossible to answer. There's far too many different opinions.
I am open minded, I am mainly interested in what games each person enjoys. Then I can look at each one and try it out. There have been many games I didn't think I would enjoy that just blew my mind and made me a fan of the genre.
