So i start notes weird drop in some game like BF4 and league of legend and other game... why it's weird cuz all of them keep dropping to 21 or 22 fps.

I did install new windows and try different ver of catalyst but nothing change it keep dropping to 20 fps with freez

    my pc:
    CPU Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz
GPU ATI Radeon R9 280X Gigabyte 3GB OC Edition
    RAM kingston 4GB DDR3 1600MHz and kingston hyperx 4g 1600
    Operating System Win 7 64, 11
Hard Disk Space Western Digital WD5000AAKX 500GB
    500GB - Total Storage Space
    Motherboard Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
    PSU Cooler Master GX-650W RS-650-ACAA-D3

    what should i do?

Just looking at your speccs, single 4gb RAM stick means singlechannel performance, buy another identical 4gb stick to get dualchannel, and ~twice the memory performance. Always buy and use two memorysticks in the correct slots, ex. 2x2gb-4x4gb-8x8gb etc..
Also, little amount of RAM plus an HDD is a pain, and swapping from HDD as a result with severe performance drop that feels like freezing, adding 4gb will help here. As it stands now, looks like an unbalanced built system, that can be easilly fixed with what I mentioned abowe..

Amount of system memory may be problem, but I would check CPU temperatures under load too.

4x4gb eliminates the RAM performance suggestion, and total amount of 8gb should be enough, make sure they are in the correct slots to ensure dualchannel is enabled.

Check CPU temps during high stress to eliminate throttling as an issue as mentioned in post#3, do the same for the 280X..

even in league of legend at low setting the drop happen... I will remove the hyper x and try again... like i said it's new windows so there is nothing to disable.

i will try the cpu under stress and post the number here.

    lol

you probobly have a background program interfering.

Try disabling everything you can in the background.

So, in device manager what is listed as your graphics adapter? Your not running the igpu are you? Where is your monitor cable plugged in to your computer?

P.S. this is a legit question - don't know how computer savvy you are. Apologies if you find this line of questioning derogatory.
