Are you sure you're not hitting the 80C default temp limit? As for the power limit, you may need to bump the rails to compensate. Try setting 200W default and max for all the major rails except PCIE.

    Hi IcE,

Max temps I've seen is 40'C. It's definately the power usage as it throttles the instant it reaches 100%. If I leave the memory at default clocks the throttling also doesnt happen..

I'll have a look at the bios, can remember how high I made the rails..

just out off curiosity, what is the difference between "TDP" and "Power-Target Range"?

I have finally solved it!! It was the wattage on the "PCI-E rail" :stewpid:

Firestrike now only pushes it to 74% at 1202/7000 with 1.162v..

I really dont know.. When I got the card it could barely do 1150mhz at max voltage of 1.2v. Now it's absolutely fantastic! I have also heard that there aren't too much to be gained by overclocking above 1200mhz..

How much do you get in Firestrike performace with your card at 1300mhz?

Haven't ran it in quite some time now, and don't have it installed atm.

You did a nice job there getting 1200mhz stable with 1.162v, that matches this card.

Only game I have worth running this card at 1300mhz is FC4, at this speed it keeps the minimum fps over 60 fps, so it is a very noticeable improvement.

What Def and Max values did you have before, both over 75000?

That screenshot was from the "before" and with that Firestike would throttle my core clock at 1200/7000.

I increase both the Def and Max values to 200000. I was a bit hesitant, but looking at the skyn3t bios it's cranked all the way up to 600000 on all rails and tdp.

    Like so..

Looks good, enjoy. 1300 does give a nice increase if you can make it there, but most cards can't.

Hi all. I have an EVGA GTX 780 (model 03G-P4-2784-KR , I can't post links yet). Will I be able to run three 27" 1440p monitors on it? I'm going to be using 3x ASUS PB278Q monitors. Mostly for video editing and graphics work. Any gaming will only be done on the single center monitor. I know I won't be able to do NVIDIA Surround with a single 780 on 3x 1440p monitors. I'll have the ASUS monitors hooked up with the display port, and both dual link DVI ports.

Anybody have any experience running 3x 1440p monitors on a single 780? How is it working out for you? I searched this thread, but didn't find anything about 3x, only single 1440p setups.
