You must have had screen shots?, that's the best way to nail proof.
From the looks if it..that chap at support must have just checked up existing pool of characters in the database, won't find if its been removed (due to some malfunction or a bug).
It might be a bit more crucial to mention log-on time, amount of time played and ask Blizzard to check account log-in time-stamps with duration's. Then mail the whole lot....

I had to go through great pains in securing a boxed copy of this game. I could've gone for a painless digital version purchase, but game like this comes in decades. I had to have the actual thing in my hand. Sadly, I had to abandon the collector edition's hunt as it was atleast 3-4 times more expensive than what its originally sold at in western countries .
My copy is EU based. Was wondering if anyone from this region playing Diablo 3 and whether online latencies are bearable to play at this moment ?

latency for me is 250ms and in my opinion it should be 30ms..
can i change region and not loose character? i would like to try usa maybe..

you can transfer from any server, any time. characters won't get deleted, but they won't get transferred either.

hi guys. i have a 2560x1440 monitor and the asus vg236h. problem is when playing on the 27 inch there is framerate flactuation a lot. how can i choose to play this on the asus fullscreen? both monitors are hooked up to a gtx 570. does diablo 3 support refresh rates up to 120hz as thr asus does? any help greatly appreciated. asus is the secondary monitor by the way.
