I'm buying a new processor, motherboard and RAM.But my knowledge about tech stuff isn't that good. I need advice/suggestions if things i'm planning to buy are good/reliable ones. I'm going for these PC parts
    Processor:
    Intel Core i5 4590 3.30Ghz LGA 1150 Haswell Processor
    Motherboard:
ASUS Maximus VII Ranger LGA 1150 Socket Motherboard
    RAM:
    Kingston Hyper-X Fury 8GB (8GB x 1) 1600Mhz 240-Pin DDR3 or Corsair Vengeance 8GB (8GBx1) 1600Mhz 240-Pin DDR3
I'm confused if i should buy 1 8GB stick or 2x 4 GB sticks. Also which of these RAMs to buy.I have just option of these RAMS so can't go for any other.
Would appreciate help about if these are right choice with one another

You should get 2x4GB sticks (dual channel)...

That setup would be a Huge upgrade over your current setup...

I'd go for a K series processor, they're much easier to overclock and the price difference between the 4590 you're looking at and a 4690K is only $20 USD.

As far as the memory, definitely 2x4GB sticks. Running a single stick of memory means you'd be in single channel mode and you'll lose a fair bit of speed that way. Dual channel is definitely the way to go. I don't see why your selection would be limited to only those two RAM modules, but you will definitely want to go dual channel. 2x4GB DDR3 1600 1.5V, anything that fits that criteria will work. Mushkin, Corsair, Kingston, G.Skill, all good brands.

There shouldn't be much of a price difference between 1600mhz and faster RAM, in the 2133-2400 area. If that's the case for you go for the faster memory.
