Hello! My configuration is that: CPU: Ryzen 1700 Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-AB350 Gaming 3 I have to buy the ram. Actually I have at home that: Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 Vengeance LPX (2x8GB) I am not interested to overclock. That ram will work fine with my motherboard and CPU?
According to Gigabytes website memory support list no. But there's a heck of a lot of Corsair memory that is so I can't see why not. BTW it appears that 3000MHz modules downgrade to 2933MHz, something to do with Ryzens memory controller I believe.
People mention 3200MHz RAM works fine for them out of box with activated XMP profile - G.Skill Trident Z 3200 CL14 This lad mentioned same setup as yours: https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/commen...am_timings_for_your_am4_motherboards/df0so7x/
Ok, thanks for the advices. I had changed my order, now I've ordered that ram: Kingston HyperX Fury Kit HX426C15FBK2/16 That ram will work fine?
