What is the best Nvidia AGP 8x graphics card?

    Hey guys its been a while since the last time I was here and needed some help from the Guru3d forum. I wanted to upgrade from my 6800 ultra to something better from ATI or Nvidia. Can you guys tell me the best Nvidia AGP 8x graphics card out wright now. Price dont matter.:biggun:

    I only searched Newegg. But here's a Newegg Listing

    Looks like HD 4000 series from the Red Sector, and a whopping 7600GS from the Green side of things.

    I have a BFG7800 GS OC I got as rma replacement for my 6800 ultra a few months ago, was the 7800 gtx not agp I dont remember ? I know the 7950gx2 was pci-e I still have one of those as well :p .

    It was definately a PCI-e card, although im not sure if it came in AGP also.

    There was a GeForce 7800GS that was AGP.....GeForce 7600GS AGP would actually be slower than his 6800Ultra....no AGP for GeForce8 or later that I'm aware of. nVidia was in a hurry to abandon AGP. Best bet would be HD4670 AGP or a new system.

    Its actually the HD3850 agp. They have a 4 series agp card but it doesn't match the performance. Google it yourself.

    this, i have a 3850 and can play most game nowadays on medium setting at 1680x1050.

    the 3850 has better performance due to it being 256 bit bus, while the 4000 series are only 128 bit.

    the fastest AGP card nvidia ever made was the geforce 7950 GX 2 i remember seeing it a few years ago a bestbuy but good luck finding one of those today besides mybe ebay

    They are almost the same! plus the latter has 256bit vs 128bit on the former
