unstable fsb frequency HELP

Hi guys,my fsb is dropping.from 200mhz to 160 sometime n performance while.gaming is affevted when this happens.

I have.no idea why my pc started doing this , before i buy new parts id like to know which i should replace, thanks!

I used occt to monitor fsb and voltages

Mobo:m5a97 le 2.0
Proc: 8320
12v rail = 11.69
3.3v= 3.113
5v =5

 

maybe try and flash bios to the latest version?

Or reset CMOS.

 

i think i already have the latest bios version, i will double check, i will try resetting the cmos.

Note: Spread spectrum is disabled, cool quiet and other power saving features enabled (multiplier is not dropping just FSB)

Can you set it to 201 and see what happens?
By the way I think that 12v line is a bit low.

 

I can try that, does cool n quiet or other power saving features afffect fsb or only multiplier.

I was also thinking the 12v is low, i wanna make sure before spending$
