When I boot up, when it shows the drives in my RAID array, it shows that "Error Occurred" in one of them. How do I check what this error is so I can fix it, or should I send it back for a new one if it is still under warranty?

Also, could this be why some of my apps randomly crash? Before, my computer would only boot 25% of the time, until I did a dskchk.

make sure your power and data cables are firmly connected to both the hdd and mb. then try running the hdd utility your manufacturer provides. the manny will likely ask you do that anyhow. gl

I was not supplied with any utilities or manuals when I bought my hard drives. The array consists of two 150GB VelociRaptors.

I looked online and found a Data LifeGuard program and I am running that now.
