Motherboard upgrade?

    Asus GTX 670 DC2
    So i'm running an H61MXV Foxconn Mobo , but i'm running out of RAM capacity and am thinking about sidegrading to a gigabyte B75-d3h , for that pcie express 3 and 6gbps sata port . Is it a decent mobo?
