    Any good PC prankster will have seen this, but for those who haven't ;)

    (Hide Fly exe > Load fly > Right click Fly > Check Startup > Right Click Fly > Exit fly > Wait for Victim to boot PC)

    NOD32 didn't find anything wrong with it yesterday, and Malwarebytes is 2/3 of the way through a full scan and hasn't picked anything up yet either so I think we're good :)

    EDIT - Scan complete, nothing found
