    Hi guys

I'll try to explain the problem best I can.

I just got build my new PC, although it is with my old GPU, as i'm waiting for a new one.

    Specs goes like this:

    CPU: i5 6600K
    MB: MSI B150m Mortar Arctic
    GPU: Gigabyte gtx670
    RAM: 8GB 2133MHz
    PSU: 650W

    SSD and HDD installed.

PROBLEM IS when gpu plugged in PCI_E1 (Which is a PCIe 3.0 16x) the gpu constantly fails giving me an "nvlddmkm" Error Event 14.

But putting the card in the PCI_E3 (Also an PCIe 3.0 16x) the gpu runs absolutely fine, although the card can't breath... so here Heat is a problem, but the Error is gone.

I have tried with my neighbours GTX 770, and that ran fine in the PCI_E1. It all seems very weird.

I hope some of you can help me towards a solution.
I would really like to have my card in that PCI_E1 slot.

    Best Regards
    Nelzy

Sounds like a driver issue. Possibly that slots hardware ID not working well with the nvidia driver for your 670. Tried different Nv driver?
