DDR3 on XFX 6600GT

I bought what was supposed to be an XFX 6600GT card but rivatuner claims its only DDR:

Graphics core : NV43 revision A4 (8x1,3vp)
Hardwired ID : 0140 (ROM strapped to 0140)
Memory bus : 128-bit
Memory type : DDR (RAM configuration 07)
Memory amount: 131072KB
Core clock : 501.428MHz
Memory clock : 501.188MHz (1002.375MHz)
Reference clock : 27.000MHz

How can I be sure they really sold me the card I bought? it is printed on a paper taped on the card that it is a DDR3 type but thats not very reliable.
