Wanted: i need a good Remote control support software for my PC Support company

Hi folks

To cut a long story short I need some remote support software, so I can support my client’s pc & servers from my home or work unit.

As I have set up on my own 2 months ago doing what I did for 5 years!! Supporting PC users etc... .

But now I need some software free or Cheapish ASAP now.

As sometimes I can not get to there place fast & sometimes it is easy to remote in instead plus cheaper for them too.

So I have used vnc, pc anywhere & a couple of free ones.
But I what something they can download or I can install when I see there pc & they can just run & maybe type something in but easy the better for them.

Yeah but they are not free or very cheap i think (didn't look for the price). I'm not sure really so i can't give you any suggestions, but someone probably does have an idea.

 

cheers mate, but they are more like if i want too use my home or work pc from a clients house or company. not the other way around.

i would like to sit at home or my unit & take control of my clients pc from my end to theres.

 

You can with GoToMeeting. I use it every day - several times a day. If you don't want that then why not use Remote Desktop or Remote assistance that is built into Windows?

 

I would recommend RHUB`s remote support appliance. It works on both MAC and Windows and best part is, it has no download of any kind.
