AMD Fury X Owners' Thread

Hi

I have Fury Pluged in and runing OK
But i have problem with Resolutions !
1280:1024 85Hz/90Hz/100Hz
I cant set it Higher to my 1920:1440 86Hz or 2048:1536 85Hz

Any sugestions? No Drivers for my DiamondPRO 2070 22" for x64bit
Custom resolutions don't work
CRU has all in but don't work also

Where i can find resolution in registry?
I got Digital Flat Panel ;-) but should be VGA Monitor
I have DP->Dsub of course

I got all HW locked and Unlocking not avaible through Flashing.
I think i need to dig some more, maby it's New BIOS related :nerd:

I will install new Win_X on my second SSD, and i will see if this helps.

 

Newer cards have been hard locked.
What cable are you using?

 

I have Good CRT cable DTP
and Active converter DP->Dsub
and Yes it can be done cuz its driver/system related not H/W

But i need to know what files or where in registry that resolutions can be set.
Ive tried my Tricks/Tweaks and it wont change anything
also CRU is not able to help either

There are guys wuth Nanos/Furys on CRT and its actually working.
I have to figure it out by myself ;-)

^^I though your CRT might not be a good match even with active adapter. It looks like that was the case.

It's easy and safe if you have dual bios. Download you bios and upload it for me. I will hopefully have some time to assist you.

I would do the full unlock to start with as your units are clustered together.
You might get luck and get a full unlock.

 

THX i got Bioses for My NITRO OC+ (my Back up from ATIflash)
Im only Flashing OC (blue Logo BIOS)

Here i give you this one from my Friend gupsterg in overclock net He 'Baked' those for me, with 400MHz Strp Timing for HBM + PL and some V for HBM for Increased stability (now i can go 570HBM no Errors in Games)

On all in Folder there are 3 Bioses in There:
1 is my Standard Edited by Me
2 Nitro OC, one is with Timing MOD + PL Limit
If you have Nitro those will work for ya also :kind:

Mine is Nitro OC+ for 359€
And this 1020 is Nitro for 349€


Almost 16k GPU score in 3Dmark (downloaded for checking purpose)
I like watching Demos in 3Dmarks (You'll have control of the settings)

 

OK i have now Full unlock, 1050/570 1.218v 60% fan -8%POW no errors.
So far so good.

Python is working now, Win_X related issue, we need to wait till VIII.2 for Big Update

 

I have a Sapphire Nitro Fury coming in today. (The 1050 MHz one.) I am hoping that it will unlock but we will see. Is the unlocking the same as the 290x where you have to first see if it will than flash a firmware update to it?
