Mmm, when did they start shipping GPU's to the UK? Last time I checked they hardly shipped anything to the UK.

I like how it says DirectX 12 (feature level 11_0), thus meaning it's really just plain old DirectX 11.0 support but supports the DirectX 12 software based improvements... like literally every other DirectX 11 card in existence. No doubt people will fall for that though.

I would correct it a bit:
    You can have 3 r9-290 or 2.5 r9-290x for price of r9-295x2.
And I would correct it bit more by saying:
r9-290(x) are not overpriced for their performance, and therefore r9-295x is kind of acceptable product while perf/ price is that worse.
But since Titan Black itself is 2x more expensive than r9-290x it is by all means considerable as overpriced.
Now Titan Z costs 3x as much as Black which is already overpriced.

Therefore if you take this in account AMD sells you top dual GPU solution at 2.5x price of reasonably priced single card solution.
And nVidia sells you top dual GPU solution for 5x price of still reasonably priced single card solution (GTX780Ti).

yes TK i saw people at star citizen buying the 15 000 usd packages
a guy called Andromeda and the other called outsider .
Andromeda got 70 ships in the package i asked him what he is going to
do with 10 auroras (lol i wanted him to gift me one :wanker: )
but he said his gonna make an org when the game is out and arm
his members . humm sounds like a good plan . man they got those pedals
and big sticks hotas . and voice commands . super kewl .

but even if i can buy that card i mean why would i do it ?everyone recommended 8 gb of ram for the whole system why would i need 12 gb of ram for a gpu ?
i like the show but honestly i already feel number 1 in the world with this
rig . now that i made successful oc to 4.6 ghz with good temps
this thing is a rocket with the 2400 rams , you dont even need an ssd
you can boot windows under 10 seconds .
i can keep this rank for long time without even having to oc the gou .
in 2 years all i need is another gpu card like 780 installed on the same
rig . to keep in front . this rig + star citizen is simply the deal of my life
and the harvest of 30 years of dedicated hardcore gaming
i will use it to escape the maniac depression am having
god will give you guys blessing for helping me out of my disease

anyone have a screen on how much bigger is a 27 inch screen comparing
to my 23 inch ? is it worth it ? my sync mater still works great
considering both monitors runs 1920/1080 , is the 27 inch harder to handle for
gpu/cpu resources ? just gathering info in case i decided to go for it

    http://www.egprices.com/en/category/computers/monitors/?&sortby=price_desc&page=2

i see few good ones here for 300 usd ,

    are they 144hz

If they are both 1920x1080 there will be no performance difference.

Size don't matter its the resolution that counts like loopy said. You could buy a 2 in 1080 monitor or a 100 in 1080 monitor and have the same exact performance.

A 780 will do 1440p (2560x1440), you will just have to sacrifice some AA levels.

Funny that I see this question today and my own experience is on the very same day !
I am using S27B350 Samsung 60Hz 27inch 1080p. Just today I received Asus VG248QE and I was afraid I will not like the new 24 inch size, Unfortunately that what happened exactly PLUS the quality on Asus monitor(at least when compaired to my "mainstream" SyncMaster Sammy) is real **** ! Strange that it has SO many good reviews !
Waiting for Monday for my trip to UPS store. Already printed my RMA label !

IMO ~23" is about the largest screen that would still look acceptable at 1080p when it comes to pc use.
