Your 32 bit drivers are working perfectly on Windows 8.
I am actually having better performance on Win8 32bit then Windows XP.
But, there is a weird issue. Racing games such as 'Need for speed underground 2' etc have good frame rates but they seem to slow down in between and then pick up the pace at regular intervals. Although the frame rates don't seem to get affected much.

To explain the effect to you. It seems as if the card is overclocked for a brief moment and then again comes back to normal. Although I have not overclocked it at all. Is Win8 using some weird technique to increase the FPS.
This effect is not there on 3d shooter games such as Crysis etc. I think that might be because they might not be needing very fast bandwidth like racing games.
    By the way, I have
    Ati 4650 HD AGP.

This is the driver I am using.

I would love to try your newer versions of this driver. So, don't just throw 32 bit development in the dustbin as you are the only one that seems to be developing these drivers for 32 bit windows. All others have moved on to 64bit. As of now all other things seem to work quite well. :)

I have to use older drivers since anything above 10.xx causes a graphical corruption in one of my favorite games.
But this also means right now I have problems with DXVA, as some videos show artifacts that don't appear if I disable it. Any files or other stuff I can update so maybe this won't happen? Installing a newer driver isn't an option though as mentioned above.

    Hi Dellon,

The driver detects Crossfire, but stays greyed out and 2nd GPU won't start up.

stranger thing is, it only show's crossfire configs with 2 monitor expanded (I only have one), this way I can control the clock from 2nd GPU but on games stays in Idle 0% usage.

    Regards friend,

Try running the two cleaners in the Dx9 Switcher packages then proceed to downloading updates through windows update. After updating your system attempt installing the driver again.

Did you make sure all updates from Windows Update are installed? try checking for updates until Windows says there are no more updates. Also it's recommended to do this after installing updates and restarting your PC.

    Hey nice work here dellon.
Just for info, do my cleaner (DDU) need to be updated to support this? I haven't tried.

But fan control not active and geometry instancing disappear in 3d option... it's normal?

Nope, your cleaner still works flawlessly with this driver. However when you do begin to remove files only then would you have to make changes as all files will not get removed since some files now carry different file names. You probably won't have to worry about that though since I included a cleaner that cleans up those files.

Starting file removal will begin when Im satisfied with the good reports and the status of the registry cleanup.

The only files deleted in window directory currently or the amd opencl files to avoid known problem with conflicting version.

Once ill start to clean those files ill ask you the different files.

While the Geometry Instancing option was disabled it still remains enabled but Users won't see this option as I decided to revert that option back to it's previous settings.

    Other Thoughts
The fan bug is definitely an issue however it seems to be a problem that only you are experiencing so I would like to ask, when using the Overdrive Tab is the fan Control Option available?

I already have a list of prepared so when you are ready, just let me know.

The utility is basically telling you the atiumdag.dll is from 12.5beta. The Catalyst Version is unrelated. So it's more like a version bump that can easily be identified among the other builds.

    Other Thoughts
Currently uploading another version of CCC as an Attempt
to resolve the problem you are currently experiencing.

    Install Guide
Rename folder to CCC2 then copy or move it to apps
folder of the 13.8 modded legacy driver. Make sure to
delete the previous CCC folder before moving or Copying
    the new CCC2 folder.
