GR drivers for GR Wildlands?

I have major issues at 1080p even keeping stable at either "Very High" AND "High" Preset. no matter what i do, i cant even get stable 60fps//// anyone have any info or clue for me?

 

378.66 or the latest hotfix. You'll have to lower your settings to hold it steady at 60 fps.

lol lower my settings? I HAVE A GTX 1080... and a i7 6700.. take a look at your chart. i should be able to do ultra at 1920x1080 at 60FPS

 

just lower godrays and turn gsync off

 

is the game on an ssd?

if not: put it on an ssd, it helps the streaming.

 

Why must G-sync off, or you meen V-sync?

 

60 FPS average doesn't mean you maintain >60 FPS at all times. 60 FPS average does not mean the minimum is 60FPS, in fact if the average is spot-on 60 it's almost certain that the minimum is going to be a fair bit below that (unless the game is FPS capped to 60 and never drops - but that clealry isn't the case here).

That being said the game obviously runs incredibly poorly.

 

You need to be aware that both Guru3D and Techpowerup use the built-in benchmark, which is running much better than actual gameplay

 

lol, I am sure he meant vsync, Gsync works fine with this title.

 

Just cause you have a power GPU doesn't mean it can run all games on Ultra settings perfect.

However for Wildlands you should have no issues running this game at 1080@60fps.

My i5 6600k + 1070 can without issue on Ultra.

 

Id think that with a 1080 at 1080p you should expect well over 60fps on ultra.

 

people tought 980 was enough and a little overkill for 1080p back in 2014, hell even some people laughed at me for buying one for 1080p, now it's barely the minimun for 1080p if you want to max out everything (on just high is more than fine).

1080 will suffer the same fate if you play those ubisoft games at max settings or bad ports like dishonored 2 at launch and with gameworks or any other iq technology, just look at watch dogs 2 maxed out with txaa and stuff (look at 1:16 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIKm3882Zbk&t=75s) and since game requeriments tends to go high over the time and thanks to bad console ports

ofc i know 1080 is better than 980 and can run most of games at 1080p 120+fps, but if you try to max out bad ported games you will find bad performance too.

 

A 1080 required for 60fps at 1080p? I'm glad I didn't buy this garbage. So we need a 1080TI for 1440p? Ridiculous.

 

A 1080Ti is going to be 30-35% faster, 1440p has 78% more pixels than 1080p, so go figure.

 

CPU is very important if u're playing on 1080p + higher refresh rate.

 

only need wait for the GTX 1680 Ti with 36 Gb Vram GDDR7X @ 24 Ghz

 

i know that.. im referring to this title.. its craptimized and yeah... my 1080+ 6700 should fkn destroy this game at 1080p well above 60fps at ultra settings.. hahah i cant take this anymore... im done dropping 600+ dollars on a graphics card that just isnt being taken advantage of by **** AAA ports.

 

First people want Crysis graphics back, but wen people can't run the game at Ultra they upset. Very high looks fantastic much beter then most open world games. And no game have this realsitic flora

 

so Ubisoft is telling me that (with the current state of their stupid ****in game) that almost 2300$ worth of enthusiast hardware cant run a game they made at 60fps minimum @ 1080p?? its like they are trying to push people away from pc gaming deliberately with ****ty ports so people would flock to consoles. (i for one wont take the bait.) ill just stop playing games. i am allergic to console ****in trash

I CANT EVEN RUN MY GAME ON VERY HIGH SETTINGS AT 1080P.. YES I AM UPSET....AFTER BUYING A 700 GPU AND ABOUT 1500$ WORTH OF OTHER PARTS.. ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?!?!
