I'm running 32 Windows Vista and using an ATI Radeon X1300 256mb as my video card. I want to up the fan speed as I'm (pretty sure) having overheating issues when I'm playing (some) games. I've looked at guides and everything but the problem is when I click on the "Customize" arrow on the first tab of RivaTuner, there's no system tweaks icon that appears as shown in all the guides I've seen :S Any help would be appreciated.
