I have a Dv6 pavillion and i set it up to connect to my tv and i set it up to stream my games to my living room. the DV6 is not a powerfull laptop at all. it has a older AMD APU in it, 4 GB ram. honestly idk if it is even wireless N capable lol but what i experianced what picture quality was degraded, the games would lag, then not lag then lag again. all the while the picture never looked that clear. I did play with the res settings to see if i could change performance but it just didnt really help with it.

I tryed searching for the minimal specs required to get a solid stream over wifi and found nothing. I have a Wireless N router belink. its pretty new. my Main rig is hard lined in to the router.

what im trying to figure out is what you all are using if you are using this feature, and what kinda specs do i need to get a good solid playback.
