as my mob codec is ALC898 and he is not listed for the compatible sound driver R2.75, should i install the driver in the offcial asrock page?

The sound driver is compatible. If it wasn't it wouldn't have installed. Don't use the ones of the Asrock website, like any other motherboard manufacturer they usually end up being deprecated.

Download the latest driver from here:
    http://www.station-drivers.com/inde...ek/Audio/Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-(HDA)/

(yes, it's in French, but is recognised website).

Navigate to the bottom of the page where the latest driver is listed. Note that 2.75 is build 7255, the latest build is 7283.

Install that and see if it helps :)
