MSI Afterburner Remotely

I have been able to successfully set up the AFterburner app on Android to remotely monitor my PC temps and such. It works wonderfully!

However, I'd like to figure out how to do the same thing via my Windows tablet. I'm not sure of how to connect to the server from another Windows device. Is this possible?
