Ok, so we have a "show us your cars" thread and a faces of guru thread. I thought why not have a show us where you live thread? So here, share the goodness, I'll go first and introduce you to my local area Where I live, Hampshire, UK. My house is the 2nd in from the left, next to that blue door. Notice me parking my car on that curb, a curb that gets pretty busy with cars and is up against a brick wall. Yeah, I've scratched wing mirrors on that brick wall before Front garden View to the left of the front garden gate Back garden Basingstoke canal, 20 seconds walk from the house
Looks a really nice area, would love a canal that close to my place, I'd be out there fishing or playing with the pups every day
Yeah, I thought of that. People do share pics of their cars parked in their drives though. It's a bit of a controversial topic, sure. If overall people disagree with such topic, I'll get this closed. Worth a try.
Well it's down to choice, if someone doesn't want to post their home / street, they don't have to, thread doesn't need closing, not like people are going to post their house and then complain when people know where they live lol
...There's always the Tyne. :wanker: I'm pretty sure you're just along the road from me now I think about it. I posted some pictures of the view from my new flat awhile back, guess I'll repost those at least. Spoiler Harlow Green area, right next to Low Fell.
Wish I had a garden when it's like this though, you've a lovely little area at the back of your place from the looks of it. Always been a fan of a good BBQ during the summer. Here's a picture out of a different window: Not the best quality but you get the idea.
I know where you are now I used to live in Pelton not that far from the Angel I live miles away from there now, back end of Durham
Was in Smackriston (Sacriston), moved to Seaham, right on the edge before I enter arch rival land of Mackem land lol
Also that's some amount of sag on the roof. Joists cracked? My city is under a lot of construction in the city centre, so it's not all that pretty. Will be for another decade or so.
I still get through Durham fairly regularly, love the city centre next to the Cathedral. That and it's one of the few local areas I can buy Lindisfarne Mead!
