Hi I get about 10 fps in CS, somtimes not even that, here are my system specs...

AMD K6-2 500Mhz
512Mb SDRAM
3D Prophet 4500 64Mb SDRAM (not AGP)
Windows ME
Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG
Motherboard is ALADDIN5 or somthing (old I think)

If anyone could help me that would be great, I have the latest direct x, video card drivers, I even overclocked my video card with the overclocking setting it has, but I still get 10 FPS not even...
If you need more info just let me know... thanks.

hmm.. i got the same problem, when i play cs and there are big open areas the fps drop from 40 to 10...
it started to act like that when i upgraded from 2 32MB rams, to one 128.. then the memorybandwidth droped from 500MB/s to 75MB/s and when i tried the 2 32MB again it still was 75MB/s!
i have tried looking for a upgrade for my bios, think that would help but i can't find any....

    my specs are:
    AMD k6-2 400MHZ
    256MB ram
    voodoo4 4500 pci
    shuttle via apollo mvp3
award bios vrs.4.51(the same as you)
hmmm... if you find out anything that helps, contact me!!!!
