Hey guys, So the other day I received a newsletter from NCIX and found that they're selling the Hauppauge HVR-1600. I was thinking that this would be the perfect opportunity to get a new TV tuner as i accidentally damaged my ATi TV Wonder 650 USB tuner for my family's media centre I built back in 2009. NCIX is selling it for $74.99 and I was wondering if it's a good tuner to be had. I'm not looking for anything fancy.
