    Hi guys,
    this is my setup:
Asus PSK64 WS P35 Socket 775 Motherboard with on board sound.
Intel Core 2 Duo Extreme QX9650, a quad-core processor which runs at 3.0GHz and has a 12MB cache and the new SSE4 instruction set.
    Deskstar 7K1000 1TB SATAII. 0CZ 1gb x 2 DDR3. Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-HD-S2 Dual Tuner PCI Card (DVB-S2/DVB-S)/powercinema.
    LiteOn H-2B1S Blu-ray optical drive. hooked to onkyo 606 amp.5.1 surround sound speakers. 37" Tosh.Regza 1080p
using PowerCinema to view satellite channels inc: HD suddenly crashed and then flashed that cmos settings changed. rebooted and now the fan is spinning like crazy. restored system and PowerCinema works ok. Sorry if i'm on wrong thread, but can anybody point me in the right direction?:bang:

Is it a Blue Screen that you received?

Did you configure all your hardware, such as RAM voltage and timings, per the manufacturer specifications?
