Apple today also launches two new iPad models. The 9.7" iPad Air 2 promises to be the thin and powerful. it has a A8X SoC and TouchID fingerprint scanner. The new SoC would offer 40 percent high... Apple iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3
Zzzzzzzzz honestly.. I'm getting so bored of Apple devices. They all look and work the same and these "new" releases bring so little real innovation to the table. Boring as F
I sold my iPad Air a couple days ago. iPad Air 2 has already been pre-orderd. Hopefully I get mine the first go around. From what I have been reading, it's in limited supply to start with.
No bending joke is needed. I think they updated the display with a revised version of the retina with better contrast. I hope that fixes the "bright" blacks my ipad4 has.
I mean, make smaller, make faster, make better battery life... what more do you want at this point. Welcome to computers.
True, every phone/tablet maker right now is scratching their head trying to come up with something new as there isn't anything more they can add. We are well past the point of diminishing returns.
Pre-ordered my 128 GB white/silver iPad Air 2 yesterday afternoon along with a white Smart Cover for delivery next Wednesday to Friday. This is a replacement for my 64 GB iPad 4, which has to be the most used and well loved pieces of hardware I have ever bought. I have used it for at least 2-3 hours per day since I bought it in December 2012. I also have an 128 GB iPad mini 2 as well for using outside of the home, as it was more portable than the iPad 4, and it is nice knowing that the iPad mini 3 is pretty much the same model. I will likely upgrade the mini 2 next year so I am upgrading my iPads on a two-yearly cycle. Absolutely love the iPad...it is arguably the best tablet you can buy by virtue of running iOS. Android is fine, I have it on my HTC One M8 phone, but I find it a bit more buggy than iOS, plus apps are not as well optimised for 1080p and fewer in number.
Yes plus a white/gold colour scheme, which I personally think looks a bit tacky. Still it is good news for anyone like myself who bought a mini 2 last year as it means there is no incentive to upgrade.
Did they not completely change the look of the IPhone 6? Why does the IPhone 6 and 6 plus get a makeover, which I find look way better than the 4 and 5, and yet these new tablets only get a bit of a shrink? Why? Also, how about making a newer device more affordable? If they aren't going to make any real noteworthy innovations to their hardware or software, regardless of the reasons why not incentivize by providing a bit more of a deal priicewise on them? Oh thats right.. because the sheeple of the world happily throw all their money at apple regardless of the product. My mistake.
