I recently got 3 new monitors and I'm using them with Eyefinity. Do any of you know how many issues it has or is it a pretty trusted/proven thing? I'm asking because id say about half of the games ive tried just straight up don't run or have issues. First of all my Specs are Monitors: 3x Asus MG279 Freesync CPU: FX 9590 4.8ghz 16gb ram 2x Sapphire R9 Fury's Corsair 1000w psu win10 64bit I'm trying to run fullscreen across the 3 screens at 7680x1440 resolution Firstly Ill list which games run perfectly: Crysis 3 Battlezone 98 Redux Battlefield 4 Grim Dawn Victor Vran Dying Light Ashes of the Singularity DOOM 3 BFG Edition Elite Dangerous Heres a list of games and their issues: Dead Space 2: Black screen although the game still runs. Witcher 3: While I get about 40fps, only the left and middle screen run at that while the right screen runs at like 10fps. Foliage also keeps disappearing and reappearing. The Division: Black screen COD Black Ops: When I apply 7860x1440 res it reverts back to 3 cloned screens at 2560x1440. SOMA: Same as black ops Witcher 2: Same as black ops Fallout 4: Same as black ops Stalker SOC: Stretched image Ryse: Strechted image Mad Max: Crashes Far Cry 3: Crashes during loading screen when starting a new game Is Eyefinity known to have some compatibility with games or what? Since I got the setup its been pretty frustrating so far. Also ive tried to disable Crossfire but that doesn't help anything. All of these games on here have the option for 7680x1440 in their in game options menu too. Thanks for your help guys!
Maby try different Drivers? Check with one work as intended. Do my Trick with Crimsons + Just add the CCC from 15.11.1 Beta :nerd:
Hi, I've been a long time eyefinity user and I've also had many of the problems that you are facing right now. I don't have the added complexity of running in Crossfire but still many games require some effort to work in multi monitor setups. I highly recommend using flawless widescreen to fix issues on some of the games you posted. Some games are really incompatible with this kind of setup and there is nothing we can do! widescreen gaming forum is also a nice source of info regarding possible fix for these situations.
I game up on triple monitors with crossfire because of to many problems, so I bought 1 big screen and it works much better. 3440x1440 not quite as big but much better for everything. I also had many problems with sli too!
