Rivatuner Doesn't Work Anymore!!!help Me Caus I'm Stupid!!

    I've got an asus v9999 6800 LE, wich I unlocked with rivatuner 15.3, gave me almost the same framerates as a GT! Worked great! I recently put in a new harddisk so I went on for a complete new installation of all my software. I downloaded the latest driver for my videocard and the latest Rivatuner. But now Rivatuner doesn't have any effect!!! I use Aquamark, and with or without Rivatuner, It keeps at 33 fps. I've tried the forceware patch that came with it. It says something about needing to patch the nv4_mini.sys files, (There are 9 of those on my system) because the newer drivers are protected from Rivatuner in sonme way? So I tried that, but it doesn't work!!! I can only patch the nv4_mini.sys file in the c:\Windows\system 32\reinstallbackups\0002\driverfiles folder, The other 8 can not be patched. I also tried installing pre-53.30 drivers, but they just don't work. Also tried an older version of Rivatuner, no effect. Yes I completely uninstalled everything from my system and regestry before I tried a new software... Please people... I'm begging you... HELP ME!!!! What am I doing wrong?, it worked like a charm on my last installation, so WTF is going on here??? Thanx for helping me out you guys! (and girls) Ré, Naaldwijk, Holland.

    I say. . . uninstall all previous drivers, use driver cleaner and wipe the drivers from the system, then reinstall the drivers and try RT again.

    Thanks for replying Milenko. Didn't work... same result, only 33FPS avarige in aquamark, It should be 56+ like last install!!! I honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong.

    Say Milenko, since you've been doing your thing on these forums for a while now (5333 posts OMG???), do you know of anyone besides the creator of the program who knows what to do about my problem? I Looked and searched the forums and FAQ's, but couldn't find any answer...

    Thanx for the reply's guys! Yes loop29, I've upgraded to 15.5, no results. And since I am still a newbie rui0317, I don't know how to make a subsystem diagnostic report and how to include the registers dump. I know what one looks like, I've seen others posting them, but how do I make such a tekst file? It's probably very simple for an advanced user... Thanx!

    Pipes are successfully unlocked. It is NOT a question of non-working mod as you're claiming. Something else hold performance of your system, some driver settings like forced VSync/AA/AF.

    AGP status states that it is dissabled, have you installed chipset drivers for your mainboard? Is the primary VGA device set to AGP in the bios?

    All hail Rivatuner and the Rivatuner Forum... Unwinder, I never said Rivatuner itself didn't work, I said it wasn't working on my current system, I knew the fault was my own. And the problem was my mobo driver... Now I don't even want to figure out why it gave no problem last time and why I had to manually replace it this time. The whole agp thingy didn't work as loop29 said! I never would have found out. Got me a nice 58+fps at aquamark, not bad for a cheap-ass 6800le. Thank you all very much for your help!
