Maxwell cores perform better than Kepler(incase not everyone knows), like I say I've no idea as a gtx 780 would do me alone, at 75fps 1080 adaptive v sync.

it does but look from your table. 780ti isn't that far away from 780+750ti, a bit of overclock and it break the barrier and probably gonna be better. PhysX 3 should have way better optimization.

that table doesn't list minimum however, the most important imo. take it with salt, though it's very well done.
I read nice things about AMP! edition 780 :)

Well I'd say that the w/750Ti results have higher minimums which could cause the results you have in the graph. Is it really worth it though for a handful of games? My vote is 780Ti although I think a single 780 alone would do you just fine.

    something else to consider:
evga gtx 780 6gb step up programme is in full swing right now, you're put on a waiting list and get a new 6gb 780, having two 6gb 780s would be nice for future waw!

You should do what i told you a month ago.... buy a 750 TI now to tide you over and wait and see what the 880's bring in..... then use the 750TI as a physX card !

If the 880's aint anything special then at least you will get a 780 TI for cheaper ;)

dude i'm finding it hard enough to wait til this rma gets sorted, i'm looking at 780 tomorrow with it or without. though if I wait for it lol I could get 780ti without much issue, but 6gb 780 sounds about right for me.

for me a 780ti would include a £200 premium over a 780 at this point.

To be honest I if you go with a 780 classified or lightning I have no doubt you will be able to get performance up to atleast 780TI stock levels of performance with a little overclocking, without spending the extra $200.

My cards benchmark higher than slight OCed titans and I would imagine a titan with a slight OC will perform about the same as a 780TI at stock clocks. The highend 780s seem to overclock like mad.

You should just get a 200$-GTX760 and wait for new cards, it's only logical.

I agree. With Maxwell around the corner it makes sense to wait.

Neither mate. Get a single 780 and OC the crap out of it, and add another in a few months when you can.
