Hello from Argentina. I test a pc with a i7 6700 skylake and... nothing, no signal. But when i put a dedicated graphics card, the PC works. Then, I put the cpu in another Intel compatible motherboard and ...no signal. Again, I instaled another dedicated gpu and...Boom..it works!. So, the gpu integrated on the i7 is dead, but the microprocessor works perfectly fine. Anybody has the same issue? sorry for my bad english... P.D.: It's a i7 6700 non k processor

RMA it.

You've already identified it's the issue from 2 different motherboards
