May be you updated to Win10 from previous version (Win7, Win8) where the layout of system/reserved partitions is different?

You could create another partition and move all the stuff you need. Then wipe and format the remaining partitions and reinstall Windows.

You have 479GB unused at "C:". You can shrink it by that amount, create new 479GB backup partition, copy files there, delete all other partitions, install OS, copy files back to "C:", delete backup partition, extend "C:" by 479GB.

No not yet. Still need to work out how much I need to back up. Hopefully i'll have enough room on a partition i'd make.
