Default Questions for IT Specialists & Entrepreneurs - 05-31-2017, 04:37 | posts: 26

For IT specialists and entrepreneurs around. I want to get your advice on how you handle a sensitive client information and account data for a lending enterprise? Would you know a compliance software that can comply with the security regulations and compliance requirements? what kind of software is suitable for a financial service business like ours?

Looking forward to your suggestions.

It all depends on what you are looking for, are you looking for a client side application or a cloud based application?

At Toledo Public Schools we use Google services for everything, all the data we store through Google is encrypted, protected, very easy to use on the user end, and if you want the information open then you can open it to the public(select information). There's a slew of tools to use as well, sheets, drive, docs, slides, can information can be imported and exported to and from a SQL server. All these services can be used on any device as well, and just requires Google Chrome.

Office 365 is about the same for this but considering the integration Office 365 has in Windows seeing they're both Microsoft products, as well as an app for Android, iOS, and MacOS that can integrate the data on the device as well it's also not a bad choice.

MS AX maybe in combination with MS Navision / SAP ... with a proper DB backend.

Additionally it sounds as if you will need external auditors to certify your infrastructure at some point. Financial lending business...

How big is the company?
