I was wondering if anyone could help me with my PC and hardware/drivers/etc issues I seem to be having.. It would be greatly appreciated! I don't know too much or what to look for.. it could be just the littlest setting and I wouldn't know because I have little knowledge. I have 3D Mark, AIDA64 Extreme and all the tools/utilities to run benchmarks, or hardware/software. I don't know where to go or who to turn to as well. I think it may have to do something with CPU throttling (maybe?), or maybe driver issues but I'm totally not sure. I would appreciate it so much for someone took some time to help me out for a little bit.

I'd get the 1080Ti, that'll fix everything.

I'm sure people will help you if you actually tell what's wrong with the system... try to describe it to your best ability if you're new to PCs.
