I needs some help with an LED Headlight bulb I got for my bike.

    I brought these:
    http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/h6m-395-ba20d-30w-cree-xbd-white-motorbike-led-2-bulbs/

As they are 1. 30 Watts, And that's what my bike generates. 2. The right Bayonet cap to fit my headlight.

So they fit fine and work.. well sort off and that's where I need some help.

The bulb has 2 connections on the bottom just like the old tungsten I took out of the bike. On the tungsten bulb 1 connection is for main beam and the other for high beam.

But is it the same on the new LED bulb....

As it stands on main beam the led is lit but dimly. No good for night time. But put high beam on and it comes to life and is nice and bright. Also, the high beam light indicator on my dash is ON weather I have high beam on or not! Witch is just odd.

There must be something I am missing but what I do not know!

Anyone here know their LED headlights?

So the light is already hooked up with a generator powering them?

You just want to know how the LEDs are wired for hi/lo beam?
