    Is there any point if it dont overclock ? no matter how much power you throw at it 2150, 2175 seems to be its maximum clock speed,
    Something very wrong with this gpu and i personally think its has something to do with the 16 finfet manufacturing posses.

    if it can't be pushed far from its original clock , the water block will be there for aesthetic purposes only , and that is also a strong reason !
