Ok. I have tried to use RT, Ntune and the one from EVGA, but so far I had no luck. I changed my fan speed to a fixed speed of 50%. But whenever I play games I can hear the fan speed change back to 100% and back to 50%, it's loud and annoying. I looked through the guides and have tried the Power-user settings but still...nothing Please, if i missed something.. tell me. I don't think I had this problem on Vista, only when I upgraded to Windows 7. Is that a problem?
