Default Question about dual monitor performance. - 08-04-2012, 23:20 | posts: 18 | Location: Oregon

I remember last year there were issues with nVidia chips in dual monitor setups staying at 2D clocks and being choppy. Did that get fixed? Thinking of going dual with my 680.

I am having the same issues you are and getting very choppy dual screen performance. the issue will go away once i set one monitor to 60hz and the other to 59hz but it will eventually become choppy again. Only thing that will cure the choppiness is I have two 1080P monitors that are both the same and setting the other to 1680 X 1050 will fix it and become smooth.
