i mean after burner jump start the fan to 50% when windows start without the gpu
actually going up in temp , then it sets back to normal.
am always wearing a headset so maybe thats why i didnt notice that before but
the noise just mounted after the restart and i was thinking isnt it the dvd? or like why
would the HD do such noise .. then i had doubts about the cpu stock fan but that one
speed is fixed . well that left me with only one possibility which is the gpu fan

i hop that clear my topic more

Not true, it is not Afterburner setting fan to 50% at OS startup, CCC is responsible for that. Closed.

It is neithee CCC bug nor a new feature. You're trying to set fan speed with TWO different fan control tools at OS startup at the same time. Closed now.
