I already know people are going to say why do you need this here. Well I followed @Portal2's guide and pretty much got everything to install but in order to bring up Catalyst Control Center I have to start from systray or startmenu doesn't seem to integrate with right click on desktop. That is no big deal but would actually like to see 3d settings in CCC. It also seems that ccc does not want to recognize that I already have 64bit Visual Studio 2012 redistributable already installed. Okay could not figure out how to add attachment which were screen caps. Thoughts, ideas, criticisms welcome Ric
its a bug in catalist drivers, there is no official support for windows server 2012r2 i have the same os, i just install from the device manager without ccc
Which drivers are you pointing to if I can ask because there are multiple folders: Under packages\drivers you have: amdkmafd amdkmpfd Display WDM In my case since it's 2008r2 I am assuming that it would be the following folders depending which driver: \Drivers\14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql\Packages\Drivers\amdkmpfd\W764A \Drivers\14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql\Packages\Drivers\WDM\HDMI\W764A - is this just the hdmi audio driver Under amdkmafd and display I don't see actual W764A driver folders just see the following: \Drivers\14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql\Packages\Drivers\amdkmafd\W8 \Drivers\14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql\Packages\Drivers\amdkmafd\W864A \Drivers\14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql\Packages\Drivers\amdkmafd\WB \Drivers\14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql\Packages\Drivers\amdkmafd\WB64A Under display see this folder \Drivers\14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql\Packages\Drivers\Display\WB6A_INF and this folder \Drivers\14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql\Packages\Drivers\Display\WB6A_INF\B171094
